After 26 years in our home, we decided to replace our front 3 windows with a bay window. Our sales person Keith was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The installers were fantastic! They were precise and very professional. They were also extremely detail oriented. My husband customized our baseboards and door frames and they matched it perfectly! I would highly recommend them!
Just had our windows installed yesterday. We found New Windows through a special group rate with our HOA (mandatory community upgrade), but there was nothing cut rate about the experience. Our salesman Keith especially went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way (even working with us to set up some creative financing options).
The crew of four were all professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Anyone who thinks they can save some money and do this job themselves, I would dissuade you. Our building is circa early 80’s, and just cracking out the old windows created lots of unforeseen damage and complications that were taken care of handily by the team (they also assured me that I was by no means their most difficult project). We’ve had years of drywall water damage from the cheap old windows which they repaired, as well as added flashing to prevent future damage. They explained everything very well.
I could go on all day about how great they were, but let me just finish by saying they left my house cleaner than they found it (although my one word of warning would be to cover electronics, etc. just in case. Dust gets everywhere and they can’t possibly cover the whole house), and waking up this morning to our bright, clean, white windows (old frames were dark bronze and hideous) was like having a new house.
Would not hesitate to recommend New Windows. I trust their workmanship and dedication to customer service. At no point did I feel forgotten or taken for granted. I especially like their warranty policy — they are a representative of the manufacturer, so if anything goes wrong I don’t need to wonder who to contact. Every company should do that.
Mr. & Mrs. Lundeen were kind enough to transfer the patio door to my daughter and son-in-law’s home. They appreciate being the recipients of something they needed to much and their house is more comfortable and secure as a result.
Your company replaced all the windows and the backdoor in my town home on February 20. Vinylmax was the manufacturer. My handyman told me later it was the cleanest job he had ever seen. I had nothing to compare the installation to.
Sales Manager, Keith Nisonoff, provided me with a good price and was able to give me some extra benefits by tagging on to a large order going in at the end of the year.
The backdoor is terrific! The Thermatrue door shuts very snugly eliminating the gap and draft I had previously.
The windows are evening out the temperature differences I previously experienced in the house. In addition, much of the solar heat has been lessened. Facing south, two rooms were blasted with sunshine. Now, the rooms are comfortable.
Two missing screens were inserted a week or so after the installation. That man discovered that one of the windows wasn’t closed completely. He made adjustments so that it did.
I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the installing team. There were five men, all of whom were polite, tidy and quick. I’d like to especially thank them.
I would definitely recommend your company to anyone wanting to replace windows.
Windows America was fast and efficient. The new windows in my place are beautiful. At first there was a misunderstanding….the sills were supposed to be replaced (which had not gotten conveyed to the work crew). The situation was immediately remedied once it was brought to their attention however. I would recommend them!
New Windows for America in North Denver, just replaced 8 windows and a sliding glass door in our house. Jeff and Russ teamed up to do our install in one day. To say they and their teams did an excellent job would be an understatement! Everything about this install went without a hitch, from the first sales call thru installation, everyone we met were very customer oriented and friendly.
We are very pleased with our new windows and our choice of New Windows for America to do the job.
Over the past several years, we have been replacing our old, energy-inefficient windows with Windows for America product. Yesterday we had the final window replaced! We love the windows, and they have made a huge difference in the comfort of our home. Windows America also stands behind their product. On the rare occasion that we had an issue with fit or seal, they were prompt and courteous and took care of the problem right away. There aren’t a lot of companies these days who do it right–Windows for America is one that does!
Just wanted to say thank you to your office staff and your service technician “Garrett”. I tried to clean my bedroom window this afternoon when something broke as I was opening it and both window half’s fell out of the casing. I could see broken parts on the sill and envisioned a very cold night ahead. But when I called your office you were able to get a repair tech out in about an hour. Thanks office staff!
Garrett was able to retrofit the window with the parts he had on hand and also took time to look at another window my wife had trouble sealing. Turns out there was a ridge on the lower casing of both windows that needed cleaning to function (who knew?). I guess that should have been self evident! Garrett said we originally purchased these windows in 2001, that’s over sixteen years and this repair was still covered under your lifetime warrantee, I didn’t expect that.
Yesterday, Jan.17, you sent a nice fella here to repair a window you had installed 15 months ago. Cold air was seeping in at the slider joint.
Your repair man determined the problem to be an opening due to the window not being completely closed. My question to you is — how can a 92 year man be expected to know how to close a window? I have reread the literature that came with the window and can find no instruction stating that one must totally close the window so that the outside air will not come in.
You’re repair man patiently explained how a window works and carefully demonstrated the procedure for opening and closing. I think I now have the hang of it. And, he didn’t charge me a cent!
Thank you Windows of America for your response. And also thanks to the nice, really tall fella you sent, (whose name, I of course, cannot remember) to deal with my problem.
My wife also thanks you and is searching for someone to give me a brain scan.
New Windows for America in north Denver, just replaced the windows and sliding glass door in our house. To say they did an awesome job would be an understatement! Everything went very smoothly. Installation was complete in a day and a half, all old windows were removed, every thing cleaned up and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
