On 10 November 2011, your work crews arrived, as promised, promptly at nine a.m. They worked efficiently with great vigor and dispatch. Just after three p.m., the large job was done - and all the details were addressed to our complete satisfaction. I had been apprehensive about the project, because I was afraid that much upheaval would accompany the installation of so many doors and windows. I need not have worried. The installers cleaned up every bit of debris and dust, as they moved along. I sensed that your crews like their work and take pride in the results of their labors. (Some of them sang happily from time to time! Agreeable voices, too!)

Thank you very much for the extra attention that you gave to our needs. The windows are very attractive and add to the value of our house. I have recommended your company to several friends - and I will continue to do that in the future.

I recently purchased new windows from your company and am overjoyed at how they look and how much more comfortable it feels in my home now that the heat isn't 'sailing' out the windows. But it's not just the product you supplied that I am overjoyed with it's the wonderful people you employ.

My first impression of your company was the day I called and spoke with Kathleen, she was so accomodating to try and get a salesman to come to my home on my day off. She said she had to make a call and would call me right back. Well it wasn't days like come companies to call back, it took her all of ten minutes and she had the appointment set up with Matt for the following Friday.

was there on time and did his measuring and proceeded to tell me about the windows, no high pressure sales just a nice young many that believed in the product he was selling. I was very impressed with the price he was offering and told him I would think it over and get back to him, still no high pressure sales just whenever I was ready. He even sat and had coffee with me and we chattled like a couple of old friends, now how many salesmen take the time to do that.

Then came time to set up installation and your company remember that I was off on Fridays and set it up on my day off. I was impressed.

The day of installation you sent over four young men who names I have to mention as they worked like a fine tuned machine, each knowing what they each had to do make it all run smoothly. No matter how small the task each one took pride in what they were doing so that the installation ran smoothly. brent, Josh, John and Adzel worked so well together they joked back and forth and had a good old time and got the job done on time and I might add vacuumed and also cleaned my beautiful new windows.

Great windows and even greater customer service from a company of nice people.

Being around construction in one form or another all my life, even though I don't do it anymore when I decided to do windows I realized I had to have professional installers and custom fit windows as my 30 year old house was and still is contracting and out of plum. So I sent my wife to the annual home show at the Denver convention center. Why? You ask, that I didn't go? Because if a company would treat my blonde wife, who I gave just general info to, like a real customer and gave her the respect and information she needed then I'd put them at top of my list for contractors. I met with several before you guys each pitched basically the same window it came down to all the extras. Removal of old window, extra sashas, things like that. Prices were reaching $450 a window. When Matt showed up I was probably gruff but he measured showed me a price and I countered with a offer he accepted. I looked at windows and was happy got the low E. and argon, I only did my top 4 windows, I had metal windows that were original to his house and were near 30 years old. When the installer show up . . . HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS. He knew the window frames were bad had no flashing and he added that, as he did when he came back for these last four. But I know I got a good window and more to my point a good installer (give him more money now).

I had construction buddies tell me go buy your windows at Lowes or Home Depot be about $150 each but those weren't low E or not argon gas and the were about 4 inches wide. The windows you brought were like 10" wide. When installer put into frame it seemed way off lots of room he just said "well fix that" and darn if he didn't and I love the bigger frame as were painting in September with all white trim and a newer style base.

But when it comes down to is very good product, greeted, and very, very good installer. And one happy customer that doesn't usually hire contractors to work on his home.

My sister has sent me pictures of the house with the new siding, gutters and fascia and it looks great. I am also pleased with the quick installation and the clean up done by your installation crew.

As you remember this work was for an insurance claim and your help in working directly with the insurance adjuster and making multiple visits to the house was critical in getting the correct amount for the claim. Without your help I feel I would have had to settle for far less from the insurance company.

Dear New Windows for America,

I am writing to tell you how much I am enjoying this winter storm we are experiencing today. I am so grateful and feel so blessed to be able to keep my drapes open and enjoy the beautiful scenes created while being warm and comfortable within my own home. The furnace is not running as frequently as it used to, especially when the wind blows.

After receiving a few quotes, meeting with more than one company, I chose New Windows for America mainly because of the price. Little did I realize what a great selection I had made.

I have nothing but praise to say about the new windows, the salesman (Clyde Lundeen) and the installation crew(s). The salesman arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was presenting, professional, courteous and human. After meeting with Clyde back in November, I called again in February. Clyde came back out and we went line by line over the initial bid, making necessary adjustments and I signed the contract.

When the windows arrived at the warehouse, I was contacted and given an installation date as promised. Day of installation, Clyde called to tell me when the installation crews left the warehouse and of their arrival time. The crews arrived and without waste began getting down to business.

Each person had a step in the process and they all completed their tasks throughout the day with teamwork and professionalism, even seeming to enjoy their work! They too were extremely courteous. They even picked up their mess as they worked. After a short lunch break the men got back to work with the same gusto as when they had arrived. Roughly eight hours later, my house was done and the installers were pulling away. I went outside and looked at my beautiful new windows. The next moring was beautiful and for the first time ever, I was able to open each and every window both from the tops and bottoms, without hurting myself. (I have some physical limitations.)

I can't remember when I have been as impressed with a corporation as I am with New Windows for America. I would highly recommend this company to any and all who might be considering the investment of windows (even for a mobile home). They make a huge different and are well worth each penny.

Drive by and check out the work they do. Please drive slowly as there are children at play in my neighborhood.
